The Symptoms You Might Be Feeling
There are a number of different symptoms which are defined in the DSM as being a part of panic attacks. While you might feel some of these or all of these, having intense episodes in which these symptoms occur for more than ten minutes is the standard for the diagnosis of a panic attack. The symptoms tend to peak at ten minutes, though some people say they have longer panic attacks.
